To measure, take a ribbon or string and wrap around the neck how you would like the necklace to fit. Then, measure that string.
This item is the necklace only. The pendants are sold seperately so you can build your own necklace. If you already have the pendant, it is simple to attach it yourself. Just open the ring and close it securely on the necklace.
