Catalog Party
Thanks for being interested in doing a catalog party! I will try and go over everything you need to know on this page, but if you have any questions please email me!
This info may seem like alot, but I am just trying to be as detailed as possible to minimize mistakes. It is really an easy party.
RULES:
* In order for your party to qualify for 20% free it must total ATLEAST $300.00 before tax. (this is not hard to do).
* The 20% is taken off of the subtotal (before sales tax is added).
* Make sure you take all orders in the correct format (first, last, middle) and with the correct initials- I can NOT responsible for initials or orders that are turned in wrong.
* Your friends will pay you directly. They will make their checks out to you.
* You can keep your party open as long as you need to, but let people know when you will be submitting it so they will have an idea of when to expect their jewelry.
* I will mail all orders directly back to you when I finish them. This will take about 2 weeks from when I get them.
INSTRUCTIONS:
*Send out an email or talk to your friends and let them know that you are doing a Tonya Barlow Jewelry catalog party. Be sure to include a link to my website.
*Have your friends look at my website. If they want to make a purchase they need to give their order to you. If they order directly from my website I will have no way of knowing that the order is part of your party.
*I do not have a catalog in print. But, you can easily print off the product pictures. To do this go to my home page. Click on the "Silver Jewelry" link. Highlight the entire page of products by left clicking and then scrolling to the bottom. Once all of the images are highlighted right click and then select print. It will print off a picture of all of the silver jewelry items along with name and price. Then follow those same steps on the wood jewelry page, and acrylic page, etc. This is a very useful thing to have. You can carry it with you and sell jewelry on the go!
*Take all of you orders in a way that is easy for you to email or mail to me (spreadsheet, word document, write in notebook, etc). I will need their name, phone# or email, product description (ex. medium 1" earrings in dark wood) and initials in the correct order (first, last, middle).
*They will pay you when you take the order. If they pay with check have them make it out to you. Add 7% sales tax, but they do not have to pay shipping which will save them $2.50-$5.00 each.
*When you are finished total up your orders (before tax) and multiply it by 0.20. That is how much free merchandise you will get. The minimum amount ordered is $300.00 so you will get ATLEAST $60 FREE!!
*Add up your personal order and subtract the amount that you get free from your total.
*When you are done taking orders and everything is correct email it to me. Spreadsheet works best, but whatever is easiest for you is fine. Just make sure you include the customers name, email or phone, product description, initials, price, and total. If you are unable to email it to me you may mail it to me but I really prefer email.
*When I get your order I will look over it to see if I have any questions. I will then call you to get a credit or debit card from you. If you would rather pay with a check you can mail it to me, but I do not start on the order until I have the money. Everyone that orders will pay you directly that way you will only have to make one payment to me.
*You may start this party at any time, just please send me an email and let me know. Contact me with any questions you may have.
